Role: Director

Intention (SMART Goal)

By January 28th, as part of team 4, I will explore the role of being a film director. I will do this by following various tutorials, guides, and the resources available to me in the classroom for being a director of the film. I will have collaborated with the screenwriter to make some scenes for our film, followed by creating the scenes for our session 3 project.

As the director, my job was to come up with different camera angles, scenes, lighting angles, and props to use in our film.

I collaborated with the screenwriter and the cinematographer within this role to create the scenes and the film overall.

I used training sources to learn how to become a better director and to better communicate and collaborate with the other team members.

It can improve my way of living in the world by giving me better communication within different people who I am working with on set projects. It can also teach me how to give others important and specific instructions on what to do.

Self-Evaluation of Final Version

I was proud of how our film came out, especially with the editing. The music fit in perfectly and the audio dub overs were synced up amazingly. I am real proud of the entire team on how we did with this film.

What I Learned and Problems I Solved

I learned how to communicate with other group members and solved the problems of having audio not sounding good.
